DTF Inks (Direct to Film) are transferred to fabrics via a film. They work on various materials (cotton, polyester, blends) and dark/light fabrics. Advantages include vibrant colors and strong durability. However, the process involves extra steps (film printing, powder adhesive, curing).
DTG Inks (Direct to Garment) are printed directly onto textiles. They excel on 100% cotton fabrics, offering soft-hand feel and detailed prints. But they struggle with synthetic blends and require pre-treatment for dark garments.
Choose DTF for mixed materials and dark fabrics. Choose DTG for high-detail cotton apparel. Both deliver professional results for different needs!
