Longbai Group has increased titanium dioxide prices twice in 2025, starting January 21, with a February 21 hike of 300 yuan/ton domestically and $50/ton internationally. These increases follow the EU's anti-dumping taxes on Chinese titanium dioxide and India's similar announcement on February 12.
Despite facing anti-dumping tariffs, China's titanium dioxide exports reached a record 1.9017 million tons. The EU and India remain China's primary export markets, with 307,400 tons expected to be sent to India in 2024, comprising 16% of total exports, while 21% will go to the EU.
