Screen printing uses physical templates to transfer ink onto substrates, suitable for large-scale production but limited in color gradients and detail. In contrast, digital inkjet technology employs computer-controlled nozzles to precisely spray ink, allowing for complex patterns and rich color transitions, ideal for small batches and customization. Digital methods also reduce environmental impact by utilizing water-based inks. As consumer demand for personalized products grows, digital inkjet is becoming the dominant method, gradually replacing traditional screen printing in various markets.

As one of the few manufacturers in China to produce disperse dyes from powder to finished ink, we started the production of disperse dyes for textile in year of 2001,
