Continue Ink Jet Technology

The CIJ (continue ink jet) technology uses an inkjet nozzle to spray ink at high speed into tiny droplets, forming printed images or text. The ink is decomposed by high-frequency vibration into numerous droplets. The charged droplets will deflect at a certain angle when passing through the deflection plate, and then be sprayed onto the product to form the required printed information. The uncharged droplets will directly return to the ink system for recycling and reuse.
